Dragon Dance at Chinese New Year

Kolkata, 28 Jan By Payal Das & Clicked By Rajib Mukherjee: For the first time, the citizen of North Kolkata has experienced the spirit of Chinese New Year. The prestigious Chinese restaurant chain of Aditya Group, Noodle Oodle, has celebrated the New Year amidst huge fanfare, a 50 feet dragon lit with LED mesmerized the spectators opposite Diamond City Mall this evening. Chinese drum players, percussionists, dragon dancers were on the road and crowd spontaneously joined with them at the celebration.
Noodle Oodle, in comparison to another restaurant in Dum Dum, is still in its childhood. But interestingly, because of its authenticity of dishes and cozy ambiance, the joint has become extremely popular among the people of North Kolkata. This gives immense confidence to the owners to open its second outlet at Garia which is also becoming too popular among the people in Tollygunje & Garia.
While speaking to the media, managing director of Aditya Group, Roshni Aditya said, “We really feel proud to see that Noodle Oodle has become so popular in such a short time. It becomes a must visit for the People who are frequent in Diamond Plaza. We believe in the authenticity of the food preparations and spices are very important. And that is the key of oui Sucess.”
Saumitra Sarkar, hospitality head of Aditya Group also stated that they have plans to open few more branches of Noodle Oodle in various parts of the city. “People like Chinese dishes and at the same time, authenticity, ambiance, and affordability play the most important role. We always give utmost importance to these three A’s.”
Dragon Dancers, instrumentalists, Chinese dancers and exotic food dishes made the Chinese New year memorable.
