To mention few of the delicious cuisines prepared by the students were Torn Yam (H. a. Sour Soup ) – Central & North Region, Po P. Sod (Spring Roll). North Region, Pad Thal (Stir Fried Noodles ). Central & North Region, Satay -( Cot.) Region ), Khao Neow (steam Sticky Rice North East Region. Poo Pad Pong Garee (Stir Fried Crab Curry )-North East Region, Gal Tang Esan ( Barbequeci Chicken)-North East Region, See Tam Esan( Papaya Salad )-North East Region; Gluey Kaeg ( Fried Banana)- Central Plain, Khao Neow Kaow(Sweet Sticky Rice. Central Plain) Speaking on the occasion, Preecha Kaensa, Hon’ble That Consulate General said, ‘Eat Thai food as lie Thai do, sparingly.
