Especially, I must highlight the fact that Dr. KR Balakrishnan of Fortis Malar inspired me to participate in this marathon. I thank him and his team for all the support and care. Now, I feel very lively and confident and look forward to participating in more such activities and events.”
Dr. Suresh Rao, Head of Department of Cardiac Anaesthesia and Cardiac Critical Care, Fortis Malar Hospital said, “Rupayan is our first heart transplant recipient to have participated and completed half-marathon which sets an example for others.
