Ring in the festival of colours with a glass of Monkey Bar’schilled special Thandai – laced with almonds, milk, aromatic spices and a host of secret ingredients to get you into the mood for the singing and dancing ahead.  That’s not all – we have a Holi spread that is colorful, indulgent and desi as Holi itself. Gorge on Papdi Chaat – crisp papdis topped with chilled sweetened yogurt, boiled potatoes and sprouts, date andtamarind; mint and coriander chutneys sprinkled with masala and sev. Next dig in to our Bedmi Puris – a twist to this popular street food, theuraddaalpooris are served with raseelealoo and salli; served with kachumbar and salted chilies.
