With the wellbeing of its staff and patrons holding paramount importance, and the brand and its owners, Anant and Prium Kanoria, have personally crafted a step-by-step protocol to maintain hygiene levels and safety, including regular sanitization of the outlets, kitchens and utensils, contactless deliveries, hourly handwashing and masks worn by the staff at all times, double packaging to encourage guests to discard the outer layer, mandatory temperature checks for staff as well as delivery partners, and regular safety checks on Arogya Setu.
