The company has tie ups with sister concerns SHREE VALLEY REALTORS PVT LTD. which has successfully undertaken projects in different parts of North Kolkata with near 100% occupancy.
Another sister concern PRIME REALTORS PVT LTD has completed a huge project on VIP Road which houses showroom as Bazar Kolkata, Bata, Titan & KFC etc
BRL Estates L.L.P has handed over its project ASCON for Joint Venture scheme around 3.5 Lakhs sq ft at Smart City ( under Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation) and along with an IT sector company M/s ARK IT CONSULTING LLP.
The entire operations are under the direct involvement of Mr. Laxman Jaiswal having a lion’s share holding.
Due to increase in business volumes ASCON INFRASTRUCTURE ( INDIA) PVT LTD was converted into a PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY in 2014 and now is rechristened as ASCON.
