Empowering Women, Uplifting the Society

Continuing its active role in Operation  Sadhbhavana, a unit of Red Horns Division (Kajalgaon),of Chirang district in Assam, under the aegis of Indian Army, distributed 30 sewing machine sets including chairs, tables and stands to women from lower economic zone.

The event was held at Panbari High Senior Secondary School in the presence of the respective Gaon Burahs (village chief) of Bogiwara, Khochubil, Boulajhar, Abdaguri and Gorobdwara etc.

The thoughtful efforts of the Indian Army that contributes positively to uplift the society by empowering its women folk was highly appreciated by the locals.
