A few days ago, a grassroots activist went to take a selfie with Jaya Bachchan at a road show in Baranagar. It was alleged that Samajwadi Party Rajya Sabha MP Jaya Bachchan pushed him from a moving vehicle. The video of the incident went viral on social media. Amitabh-Gharani faced criticism.

This time in Bagbazar, there was tension during Jaya Bachchan’s road show in support of Trinamool candidate Shashi Panja. Jaya Bachchan was doing a road show in Bagbazar on Sunday when BJP-Trinamool clashed with each other. The area became heated due to the clash between the two sides. Then Trinamool candidate Shashi Panja himself tried to handle the situation by stopping the road show. Police arrived to handle the situation.

On Sunday, Jaya Bachchan reached the area to campaign as Shashi Panjar, the Trinamool candidate from Shampukur constituency. He was doing this road show in Bagbazar in a car with hood open. Allegedly, a group of supporters got involved in an argument during the road show at that time. Gradually the situation began to heat up. Then the candidate himself got out of the car and inquired about the matter. Trying to stop the unrest. Later the situation came under control with the intervention of the police. Trinamool alleges that a group of BJP activists stormed their rally. And then they clashed with grassroots activists.
