#Kolkata: Both Trinamool and BJP have fielded star candidates in this Assembly election (West Bengal Assembly Election 2021). Popular kirtan singer Aditi Munshi is contesting for the Trinamool from Rajarhat Gopalpur Assembly constituency this time. Aditi has submitted his nomination to the Election Commission. The amount of Aditi’s property is known from that affidavit.
According to the affidavit, Aditi’s annual income in the financial year 2019-20 is 4 lakh 19 thousand 400 rupees. In the financial year 2017-18, his annual income was 2 lakh 75 thousand 364 rupees. At the time of submitting the nomination, Aditi had Rs 1.5 lakh in cash. Aditi’s husband Devraj Chakraborty is the leader of the North 24 Parganas District Youth Organization. He had 45,000 rupees in cash.
There are two luxury cars named after Aditi. One of them is Xylo which costs Rs 18,45,453. There is another motor car which is priced at Rs 32,69,222. However, there is no car in the name of Devraj. Aditi has 350 grams of gold. The market value of that gold is 15 lakh 75 thousand rupees. Devraj has 150 grams of gold with a market value of 6 lakh 75 thousand rupees.
In addition, Aditi’s total movable assets including bank accounts and fixed deposits amounted to Rs 85,92,261. On the other hand, the total movable property of Devraj is Rs. 23,31,743. However, Aditi and Devraj do not have any land, house or flat in anyone’s name. Aditi has two car loans in his name. The total loan amount is 12 lakh 42 thousand 28 rupees. Aditi graduated from Rabindranath Tagore University with a degree in Kirtan.
