EC Bans Mamata Banerjee: 24-hour ban on Mamata Banerjee’s campaign, says Benazir

#Kolkata: Allegations of violating the code of conduct by making offensive remarks during the election campaign The Election Commission has imposed a 24-hour ban on Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s campaign. The ban will continue from 8pm today, April 12, to 8pm tomorrow, Tuesday. As a result, the Trinamool leader will not be able to take part in the election campaign during this period

On April 6 and 7, the Election Commission sent two notices to Mamata Banerjee. The Chief Minister also replied to the notice But the commission, not satisfied with the chief minister’s response, banned his campaign.

The Chief Minister had three meetings tomorrow in Bidhannagar and North 24 Parganas. But according to the decision of the commission, the Chief Minister will not be able to do any campaign on Tuesday
