Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee wrote on Twitter today, “Children’s future is our priority. With that in mind, we have formed an expert team to comment on secondary and higher education. But not just experts, we want parents, the general public, civil society and even students to express their views.” I request everyone to give their valuable feedback by mail on June 7 at 2 pm.

A notification has been issued by the state government on Sunday. In that notification, the state government said an eight-member committee was already looking into whether there was any situation to take the secondary higher secondary examination. Note that the secondary schedule was supposed to be announced last Wednesday. But when the central government canceled the CBSC and ICSC board exams, the education department also suspended the secondary school routine at the last minute. A six-member committee was formed and the review began anew.
