Narula Institute of Technology Signs MoU with NYCU, Taiwan

 Narula Institute of Technology (NiT), a JIS Group Educational Initiative, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Institute of Biomedical Informatics, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU), Taiwan, at the inaugural ceremony of SIGNASS 2026 – the International Conference on Signals and Smart Systems. NYCU is a global leader in life science medicine and biomedical research.

This international collaboration aims to advance cutting-edge research and academic exchange in Biomedical Image and Signal Processing. The partnership will promote joint research initiatives, faculty and student exchange programmes, and a series of collaborative academic activities, including seminars, workshops, and short-term courses designed to foster innovation in smart systems and healthcare technologies.

This MoU marks a significant step toward strengthening global academic ties and enhancing opportunities for interdisciplinary learning and research, positioning NiT at the forefront of emerging technological advancements in biomedical engineering and intelligent signal processing.

Speaking on the occasion, Sardar Simarpreet Singh, Director, JIS Group, said, “This collaboration reflects the JIS Group’s commitment to creating global pathways for research, innovation, and academic excellence.
