Dehradun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami celebrated his birthday on Wednesday with children with disabilities at the National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Visual Disabilities in DehradunHe cut a cake with the children and spent time interacting with them warmly.
