growth journey with the foundation stone laying ceremony of its upcoming integrated steel
manufacturing project in West BengalThe ceremony will be graced by Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri
Suvendu Adhikari, highlighting the state’s continued focus on attracting large-scale industrial
investments and strengthening its manufacturing ecosystem.
With a proposed investment of approximately ₹4,000 crore, the project is expected to substantially
enhance the company’s manufacturing capabilities, generate significant employment opportunities,
and contribute to the state’s industrial and economic development.
The upcoming facility will feature integrated steelmaking operations supported by advanced
manufacturing technologies and sustainable infrastructure, reinforcing Amit Metaliks’ long-term
commitment to responsible industrial growth.
The foundation stone laying ceremony will take place on 17th August 2026 at Raghunathpur, Purulia,
in the presence of senior government officials, industry leaders and other distinguished guests.
