Newly wed Sobhita Dhulipala changed into a simple red and white saree after her golden kanjeevaram for her wedding with Naga Chaitanya.
Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya tied the matrimonial knot on December 4 at Annapurna studios in Hyderabad. New bride Sobhita ditched lehenga but rather opted a heritage golden kanjeevaram saree for her wedding. For her second wedding look, during the ceremony when Naga Chaitanya tied the mangalsutra, Dhulipala draped a simple white and red saree with checks.
Rooted in the traditions, Sobhita performed all her rituals wearing traditional attires. For her first look she wore a golden kanjeevaram saree with heavy gold jewellery.
The new bride wore a stunning silk saree and paired it with a basikam (forehead thread), maathapatti and a septum nose ring. She wore layered heavy gold jewellery statement necklaces and bangles and earrings. One can see a closed neck necklace with two other long pieces. According to media reports, she elevated her traditional look, with sun and moon motifs, vanki, bajuband, and kamarband that speak of her culture and heritage. Also, a bouquet of gaja adorned her long pigtail that was braided with more ornaments as well.
