US and Israel launched coordinated strikes on Iran during a high-level leadership meeting in Tehran, triggering retaliatory attacks, global alarm, and fears of a wider Middle East conflict.

U.S. and Israeli officials claim they received credible intelligence just moments before the attack was launched early Saturday morning.Israeli and U.S. forces targeted key locations in Tehran while Iran’s leader was reportedly in a meeting with other officials.
