#Kolkata: The state lost its face in the SSC case in the High Court. Before the judge, the chairman of SASC admitted that Ankita Adhikari, daughter of Minister Paresh Adhikari, got the job without taking personality test. Shortly afterwards, a furious court ruled that invisible influencers had a hand in recommending the appointment. Ankita did not get any number in the personality test, suddenly her name was included in the waiting list. His father is currently the state minister of state for education. After receiving this appointment, Paresh Adhikari left the Trinamool Congress and left the other party. This matter needs to be investigated, the CBI will investigate.
On Tuesday, Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay wanted to know whether Minister Paresh Adhikari’s daughter Ankita Adhikari got a job in a high school. He called the SSC chairman or secretary during the session and asked the SSC lawyer to provide information. Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay gave 5 minutes to SSC to inform whether Ankita Adhikari, daughter of Minister Paresh Adhikari got the job. But the lawyer could not provide the information. Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay then asked the SSC chairman and secretary for information by virtually connecting them on an emergency basis. Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay said, “Mr. Chairman, serious allegations have been made against SSC. Allegations of giving jobs by forging merit list. Ankita Adhikari, minister’s daughter got job from Indira Girls High School irregularities merit list. The court wants to know the list including merit list, drawing number division. “
The SSC chairman told the court, “Sir, I have asked for all the information from the program officer. Give me 5 minutes.” The information given by the SSC chairman after that is eye-popping. The chairman told the court that the SSC chairman informed that, Sir, Ankita Adhikari has been appointed in Indira Science High School on 31/7/2018, recommending SSC. Ankita gets total marks of 71, 31 academic, 30 marks obtained in examinations. The judge then wants to know, what is the number obtained by the plaintiff? According to the chairman, the plaintiff Babita Sarkar received a total number of 8, SSC panel 21. Of these, 33 are academic, 36 are subjects and 6 are interviews.
Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay later said, “Mr. Chairman, he means Ankita Adhikari got the job without sitting for the personality test.” The SSC chairman admitted the allegation to the court. As a result, there was a big allegation of corruption in the appointment of teachers of class XI-XII.
