The southwest monsoon winds moved further down from Siliguri to Balurghat. The effects of monsoon winds have still reached Malda in North Bengal. In the next two to three days, monsoon winds will blow over the rest of North Bengal and almost everywhere in South Bengal. At the same time, Orissa, Bihar and Jharkhand are also likely to experience southwest monsoon.
