New Delhi: Delhi Police on Thursday released an advisory stating that the traffic will remain affected in the central parts of the city given the ‘Shobha Yatra’ on the occasion of Baba Ramdev Janmotsav. According to the advisory, On the occasion of Shri Baba Ramdev Janmotsav, a Shobha Yatra will be organised on September 5, 2024, from 2:00 PM onwards.
Sharing a post on X(previously Twitter), Delhi Traffic Police wrote,”Traffic Advisory On the occasion of Shri Baba Ramdev Janmotsav, a Shobha Yatra will be organised on 05.09.2024 from 2:00 PM onwards. Kindly follow the advisory for affected routes and plan your journey accordingly.”

Delhi Police Traffic Advisory for ‘Shobha Yatra’ on Baba Ramdev Janmotsav: Check Routes That Will Be Affected
- DBG Rood from Paharganj Chowk to Under flyover, Chelmsford Road, Arakashan Road, Qutub Road, Multani Dhanda, Sadar Thana Road. Commuters are requested to avoid the above-mentioned routes and plan their Journey accordingly.
The general public and motorists are advised to keep patience, observe traffic rules and road discipline follow directions of traffic personnel deployed at alt intersections, and remain updated through the official accounts of Delhi Traffic police.
