Allcargo Logistics Announces ₹1,000 Crore Investment for Warehouse Project at Dankuni

Allcargo Logistics announced an investment of ₹1,000 crore towards the development of a major warehouse facility at Pratham Dealmark Industrial Park in Dankuni, West BengalThe investment marked a significant development for the state’s warehousing and logistics sector and was expected to strengthen Dankuni’s position as an important destination for industrial, distribution and supply-chain operations.

The proposed warehouse facility was expected to cater to the growing demand for modern logistics infrastructure driven by industrial expansion, e-commerce, organised retail and evolving distribution networksStrategically located in Dankuni, the facility was expected to benefit from the region’s connectivity to Kolkata and key industrial and consumption markets, supporting the efficient movement, storage and distribution of goods.

The announcement was made in the presence of MsNishita Katriar, Managing Director, Pratham Dealmark Private Limited; MrRam Walase, CEO – Real Estate & Head – Global Procurement, Allcargo; MrSoumitra Banerjee, CEO, Pratham Dealmark Private Limited; and MsAnanya Kaushik, Director, Pratham Dealmark Private Limited.
