NUTRITHON 2026 featured three distinctive components—Nutri-Frame, Nutri-Plate and Nutri-Quest — bringing together different dimensions of nutrition education and practical learningThe competitive segments commenced with Food Photography competition, Quiz Competition and Cooking Competition, enabling students to demonstrate their conceptual understanding of food and nutrition as well as their practical culinary skills. The inaugural ceremony began with the traditional lighting of the ceremonial lamp, followed by a melodious welcome songOne of the major highlights of the occasion was the presence and felicitation of the Chief Guest, MrShaun Kenworthy, British celebrity chef, food and restaurant consultant, and writerHis participation added a distinctive culinary dimension to the programme and enriched the interaction between food, nutrition and professional culinary practice.
