At Booth H5 F40 in the DeepFest Hall, the company presented its ‘Own Your Intelligence’ proposition across eight live demo pods spanning the AI value chain, from national and enterprise-scale AI infrastructure to its sovereign AI operating system, industry-specific applications and enterprise AI cybersecurityThe pods also featured ecosystem partners including VicOne, TrendLife, and EECAlongside the showcase, Magna AI formalized strategic collaborations with Boud, Foresighted, Intella, Mannai, MBUZZ, and VAST Data, extending its reach across the Kingdom’s transformation and delivery, cybersecurity, data infrastructure, and enterprise-grade compute.
Of the collaborations formalized at LEAP, four were with the Saudi-based companies Boud, Foresighted, Intella, and MBUZZWith Boud, an AI and digital transformation company, Magna AI signed a framework to deliver AI transformation and enablement services across the KingdomThe agreement set out Magna AI’s contribution of its enterprise AI platforms, infrastructure, and governance frameworks, and Boud’s role in solution integration, client engagement, delivery, and alignment to Saudi regulatory and operational requirementsIt also identified AI academies and certification programs as areas for joint development to strengthen Saudi national capabilities, in line with Saudization objectives.
In parallel, the agreement with Foresighted, an AI transformation company, focused on two core pillars – sovereign AI infrastructure and governed AI transformationIt combined Magna AIs sovereign AI infrastructure and secure platform capabilities with Foresighteds expertise in putting AI to work on the systems organizations already run, with governance built in from the first measured baseline to live operationThis spanned transformation design, semantic data foundations, AI governance and pre-release validation, and accountable operationThe agreement further covered secure AI platforms, transformation services, and skills programs as areas for further collaboration to strengthen local AI talentThe framework with Intella, an Arabic-first company specializing in dialectal voice and conversational AI, brought Arabic-language models together with Magna AIs sovereign infrastructureBuilding AI that understands the Kingdoms own language and dialects, and running it on secure, governed national infrastructure, reflects a core principle of Magna AIs sovereign AI visionBoth the companies set out to advance AI data centers, sovereign AI factories, and secure AI platforms in Saudi Arabia for both government-led initiatives and enterprise adoption.
Extending beyond the Kingdom, the collaboration with MBUZZ, a Saudi-headquartered ICT infrastructure and integration company, extended its capabilities across the MEA regionIt combined Magna AI’s AI enablement and transformation services with MBUZZ’s infrastructure integration across compute, storage, networking, and high-performance computingThe framework is aimed to help enterprises design and adopt AI infrastructure, secure AI platforms, and sector-specific applications, supported by AI security, secure operations, and skill development programs.
On the global technology front, the collaborations with VAST Data deepened the technology stackWith VAST Data, the AI Operating System company, Magna AI combined its full value-chain AI transformation model with the VAST AI Operating System, which unifies storage, database, and distributed compute on VAST’s Disaggregated and Shared-Everything (DASE) architecture to support large-scale training, inference, and agentic workloads.
“As AI adoption accelerates, the focus is shifting to how it can be deployed and scaled with confidenceOur presence at LEAP reflected that shift, bringing together the technology, partnerships and in-Kingdom capabilities required to make sovereign AI work in practiceTogether with our ecosystem, we aim to help organizations move from experimentation to production while maintaining control over their data, models and operations, aligned with Saudi Arabia’s AI ambitions and Vision 2030,” said DrMoataz BinAli, Chief Executive Officer, Magna AI.
