The buffet features a thoughtfully curated selection including Charred Vine Tomato & Bono Chilli Velouté, Sesame Fragrant Egg Drop Soup, Farm-Fresh Veg Spring Roll, Five-Spice Barbecue Cottage Cheese Skewers, Massaman-Braised Chicken & Lemongrass Croquettes and Zesty Gondhoraj Mahi Tikka.
Guests can also savour an assortment from The Harvest Garden, including Beetroot & Goat Cheese Terrine, Mediterranean Nutty Couscous Salad, Poached Pears, Candied Walnut & Wild Watercress Salad and Cobb Salad, complemented by an antipasti and mezze spread featuring assorted cured meats, cheeses, roasted vegetables, pickles, marinated olives and hummus.
