- These states include Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Bihar, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Assam, Tripura, Meghalaya, Sikkim and Nagaland.
