Ahead of the much-anticipated Women’s Premier League auction on Wednesday, October 28, franchises have started to announce their retained and released players list, with three franchises, including the reigning WPL champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru, becoming the first to make the announcement.
Smriti Mandhana’s RCB women have kept their core intact and decided against a major overhaul, releasing only four players from the side that won the WPL earlier this year.
