Poet Anish Kanjilal’s New Poetry Collection Ami Nari O Onnanno Prosongo Explores Love, Life and Human Existence

Kolkata,By Shalini Saha:-Renowned Bengali poet, author and academic personnel Anish kanjilalhas released his latest poetry collection, Ami Nari O Onnanno Prosongo, a work that delves into the complexities of human emotions, love, death, memory, dreams and the search for freedom.

Born on 23 June 1967 in Kolkata, Kanjilal is a distinguished figure in contemporary Bengali literature. Alongside his literary career, he serves as the Director of EDUCARE The Institute and Head of its English Department. Through literature, research and education, he has continued to promote humanistic values over the years.

His new book reflects the philosophical outlook, where poetry goes beyond aesthetics to become a medium for understanding life and existence. The poems examine the many dimensions of human relationships, emotions and social realities while encouraging readers to reflect on their own experiences. His book also holds experiences of his own mother.
