Sharing the news of her death on social media, Akkash described Aasha as a “Karmath Loh-Mahila” or hardworking iron ladyHe asked people to pray for the peace and salvation of her soul and encouraged them to find and watch her work online.
In his message, he wrote, “Wah ek karmath Loh-Mahila (Iron Lady) thiAap sabhi unki aatma ki sadgati evam shanti ke liye prarthna karenAur unke kaam ko social media par zarur dekhen aur yaad rakhen taaki unki aatma jahan bhi hon prasanchitt ho ki aap unka kaam ab bhi dekh aur yaad kar rahen hain.”
Akkash further spoke about the importance of work in his mother’s lifeHe said that her dedication to her work was central to who she was and shared her belief that death should not only be seen through grief but also through the idea of divine peace.
